You're buying access to a specific chime set — a hand-tuned collection of six notes with its own character, playable in your browser. Every set has a "family" (like Kyoto, or Los Angeles) and a "flavor" (like Morning, or Firelight) that determines the mood.
You'll receive an email with a link. Open the link on any device and your chime set is added to your library automatically. You'll only need to click it once per device.
No. Happysays runs entirely in your web browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, whichever you use. Nothing to download, nothing to update.
Yes, on any modern phone. iPhone and Android both work well. Add the page to your home screen and it'll open like a regular app.
Not for now. Your library is stored in your browser, so it's tied to the device (or browser profile) you use. If you clear your browser data, you can restore your library from the original unlock link in your email.
Once the player has loaded once, most of it works offline. If you want a guaranteed offline copy that never touches our servers again, download the standalone player file included in your purchase email. Save it anywhere — it works forever with just a browser.
Yes. Open the unlock link from your email on each device you want to use, and the chime set will be added there too. Phone, laptop, tablet — all fine.
The breeze button plays your chimes the way they'd sound in real wind — not on a beat, but in gentle, natural clusters with real silences between them. It's designed to be listenable for hours without ever repeating exactly.
Anything your browser can play audio through, including Bluetooth speakers, AirPods, wired headphones, or your home audio system. Whatever your device sends sound to, the chimes will follow.
Absolutely. During checkout, choose the gift option and enter the recipient's email and a short note. They'll receive their own unlock link and can add it to their library on any device.
Yes. When purchasing a gift, you can set the date the recipient's email is sent — great for birthdays and holidays.
If the recipient would prefer a different flavor of the same family, they can swap within seven days — just email us. Swapping to a different family is also possible if the price is the same.
We offer a fourteen-day refund on any chime set purchase, no questions asked. If it doesn't bring you a moment of calm, we don't want to keep your money.
Email happyconcepts.com@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, and mention which set you'd like refunded. We'll process it within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Yes — the refunded set will be removed from your library. You're welcome to buy it again later, or try a different one.
Gifts can be refunded within fourteen days as long as the recipient hasn't opened the unlock link. Once opened, the gift is theirs to keep or swap.
All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, a secure merchant that supports credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Happysays never sees your card details.
Yes. We use your email only to send your unlock link and any support replies. We don't sell it, share it, or add it to a marketing list without your explicit permission.
